Metal zipper

Metal zipper flame retardant performance, mainly zipper tape and surface paint flame retardant. Usually two methods are used : 1. polyester silk original slurry with a certain proportion of flame retardant substances 2. directly with the filament itself with flame retardant effect, such as: aramid fiber or carbon fiber to weave ribbon and suture. Relatively speaking, the cost of additive flame retardant material is low, its disadvantage is that the performance (strong index, dyeing color fastness) will decrease; using the own flame retardant ribbon, its performance index will not decrease, but may increase, and  the corresponding price cost is high, as for the metal zipper head, chain tooth part can use flame retardant paint for surface sealing treatment to achieve the flame retardant effect.
